Break fast was served delayed. Either you avoid serving break fast or it should be ready by 7.00AM. We received it around 8.45 AM

INLocation was a calm and peaceful neighbourhood. Facility is new and well maintained .
Staff need a crash course on softskills - Requests for payments were very rude and persistent- Not very helpful or available when required. The one guy in the night shift was a deviation from this general yardstick.
