Megstone House

Donna and Paul are wonderful hosts. So friendly and kind. They have thought of everything. The breakfasts are lovely with lots of choice. Our room was large, immaculately clean and nicely furnished with a very comfortable four poster bed. We could park right outside. The property is about a 20 minute walk into Seahouses, on a quieter road which suited us perfectly. We would definitely stay again.😊

the location is very close to the village, 5' walk to get to the shops or restaurants in the area as well as the harbour to get ferry for seeing the puffins and the fauna on the shores driving to other places of interests is not too difficult, and within 10/20 minutes is possible to visit a variety of places

it is definitively not cheap, but the place is kept immaculate, the breakfast is excellent, the hosts are friendly and helpful, and all this was exceeding the possible expectiation.. the price, well was there when I accepted so, even though not my favourite price, can't say it is against the place.

Breakfasts were superb - tasty and plentiful. The B&B was just outside the centre of Seahouses which meant it was away from the crowds at weekends, but close enough to walk into the centre -just over half a mile. Parking was outside the B&B on the pavement on a quiet road.

The B&B is very good and this is reflected in its many good reviews. We couldn't fault it in any way.

Great location within easy walking distance of the centre of Seahouses. Spotlessly clean and well kept throughout Megstone House is very comfortable to stay in. All breakfast options are available, freshly prepared and if required specific dietary requirements can be met. Donna and Paul were the most friendly and accommodating hosts, nothing is too much trouble and they have great local knowledge for places to visit or eat at.

The breakfast was very good and served as requested. The quality of the room and bathroom was excellent and very reasonable for the price when compared to others. Donna and Paul were great hosts and made us feel very welcome. You could tell they cared about their business and customer service throughout.

Hosts really friendly, breakfast was exceptional, room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and spacious would certainly recommend
