"A comfortable well situated B&B with an excellent host."

Suzanne was an excellent host, and frequently asked if we needed anything. Breakfast was plentiful and prompt, and every where was very clean.

The room we had was quite small and the bathroom was tiny, That was a little disappointing. The 6.30am 'alarm call' when Suzanne entered the premises was also slightly annoying.

The location was great, the room had everything you needed, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious too!

Nothing. We will definitely stay here next time we are up in seahouses.

We loved our room, quiet, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Suzanne was the perfect hostess and she made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was perfect, well cooked with high quality food. We will definitely be booking again.

"Great family run business!!!"

Parking and check in is very easy. Room very clean, warm and spacious with everything we needed. There is even fresh milk in the fridge for coffee and tea. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast VERY GOOD, with great choices. You never beat a family run business!
