As others have already stated, Olive, the hostess for the property is an exceptionally pleasant and helpful lady. I thoroughly enjoyed my interactions with her, and she was very keen that I had everything I needed. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. The room was very clean and comfortable, and quiet. Lovely selection of biscuits and sweets to go with the tea and coffee provided. Handy small fridge too, which was stocked with extra milk etc, so my coffee addiction was well catered for. Shower works exactly as it should, not always a given on travels. Wi-fi access was very good. Easy parking and ready access to the various parts of town I needed to get to. I booked this property on prior reviews and they were well earned. If I were booking a stay in Stornoway again then no doubt I'd sign up with Olive once more.

Olive, the hostess, was an incredible woman, friendly, accommodating, helpful and generous. The hot drinks and biscuits on our arrival were the precursor to a stay where Olive could not do enough to ensure that our visit to the island was as easy, pleasant and stress free as it possibly could be. Our room was quiet and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well appointed and breakfast was delicious, fresh and filling. Faultless. Olive, we thank you.

Olive gave us a really warm welcome. She is an adorable lady and made us feel at home right away. The room was very tidy and clean, and breakfast was very delicious. We can 100% recommend this place.

Spotlessly clean, large room, very comfortable and very convenient. Most of all, Olive is a super nice person and was very friendly and welcoming. We were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends and family.

We had a wonderful relaxing time and were well catered for . Nothing was a problem and the host was very helpful and friendly. The room is spotless and she did that extra bit to make us welcome.

Lovely room, very confortable and with easy access to town. However, the most remarkable thing was the hospitality of the host, Olive. She took care of every detail to make us feel at home.
