The room we had didn't have windows but some sort of roof sky window. But this is nitpicking.

I appreciate the cooperation of staff, good cleanliness, great management, location is nice, its a very comfortable place for stay👍

The B&B was in a great location easy to get into Bari Central by train . In the centre of Valenzano It was Clean and well provided for in a small town . Large double room & bathroom both with plenty of space and a large balcony to sit outside. I loved the access to the kitchen area which has a microwave & coffee machine. And the outdoor space for all and private balconies are fantastic. A lot of thought has gone into the premises. With lovely personal touches.

As a solo traveller of a certain age (60+) i would have prefered if there was someone on the premises , hence why i opted for a B&B and not airbnb. I understand that faceless facilities are probably the way forward for many B&B owners but next time i would opt for owner occupancy if available on my next destination. That said. I cannot fault the accommodation, nor the people who run it as, they were very communicative via whattsapp. this comment reflects my own personal thought for me not others .

Excellent location just 5 minutes walk from the train station, in the centre of town. Everything was withing easy walking distance. Check in was automated with our host sending instructions via WhatsApp, and it worked fine. My husband only met our host once to pay the bill as we needed to use the machine to pay by credit card, but the woman who cleaned and fixed the breakfast was pleasant. Bed was comfy and the room was very clean. Bathroom in general and shower in particular were more spacious than is usual in Italian B&Bs. We had a lovely private balcony overlooking the terrace below, with a small table and chairs and (bonus!) a clothesline with a basket of clothes pins. As we travel very light with only carry on, we appreciate being able to wash some clothing and hang it to dry. Wifi was good, and reakfast was about average. All in all a very positive experience and we would certainly stay here again.

While it was nice to have breakfast provided on-site, I think we've been spoiled by a few B&Bs that provide a really nice breakfast that includes fresh fruits and perhaps eggs and/or meats and cheeses as well as home baked cakes/pastries. However, we did get fruit juice, yogurt, biscuits, coffee/tea, and a small assortment of purchased baked goods so the breakfast was certainly adequate.

Nice place to stay for a night, close to the train station. However breakfast very basic and made of ready made products...it's ok for a short stay, but for a longer one it's just not healthy and quite boring to be honest to eat as the object is called "bed and breakfast" it should be improved. Lovely lady who was doing the service and cleaning everyday.

The location is perfect. The property is nice but very cheap decorated. The lady responsible for the housekeeping and the breakfast is so polite, clean, and ready to help despite not speaking English.

The attitude of the owner was so rude and unacceptable. We had dalay of the flught with 2 hours. Arrived in Bari at 1 am. We asked for advice on how to reach Valenzano that time. She couldn't undaestan us, sent answers in Italian. Gave us taxi drivers number. Unfortunately, the man was in another city. He gave us advice on what to do. On the other day, we bought online tickets to reach the rent a car office in Bari. No one at the property could talk to us in english to explain how to reach the central bus station. We sent polite question together with the ticket to the owner. In 30 minutes, we received an answer that she is responsible only answering questions regarding her property!!! Hospitality is not the decoration, the dirty windows, or overused towels... As a guests we expect personal attitude. I am a host, the same as a guest, and know how difficult it is to be in a country in which foreign language is not spoken...I said that this anwer will be published. She started arguing with me. Texing all day. As a result I said , that I am on 2 day vacation and need to stop. The result was to send us using Booking the proposition to leave the place?!? Also, she prohibited to bring food at the room, to dont make it dirty ....so fun!!! We felt as being into a jail. We stayed, because didnt have time to search and change accommodation.
