excellent location, clean and comfortable accommodation, very friendly host, much nicer accommodation than in the pictures, intimate private courtyard, quiet area, excellent breakfast

Awesome host! Nino presented us everything we may find around our location with maps included. Palermo is 21 minutes away by train and the location was very close to train station (no noise though from it). He told us places to eat, drink and visit. Best trip we ever had due to him! and best swim at Caletta Sant’ Elia which we wouldn’t have if it wasn’t from him to tell us. The breakfast at La Dolce Vita? amazing is an understatement. Delicious, always fresh and the lady that works there very kind. Totally recommend this place!

Ottima esperienza in questo B&B nel cuore di Santa Flavia. Camera ampia, spaziosa e pulita, affacciata su una via secondaria tranquilla. Molto comodo l'ingresso indipendente e il piccolo patio esterno. A disposizione dei clienti una cucina attrezzata e spazio personale per riporre cibo e bevande, anche in frigo. Colazione inclusa presso bar gelateria poco distante. Abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio in strada disponibile a pochi passi dal B&b. Zona tranquilla e fornita di tutti i servizi (panettieri, fruttivendolo, supermercato..) Nessun rumore dalla vicina ferrovia. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo per i servizi offerti.

La stanza era molto pulita, accogliente e spaziosa. Anche il bagno era grande. Comodo l'ingresso indipendente, così come la cucina con il frigo a disposizione. Ci siamo trovati molto bene
