Susan! Susan was so welcoming and she helped me with my bags - and told me the best walks to go on. She was incredibly inviting and made me really feel at home! The room was cleaned every day which I was not expecting. It was very comfortable with everything I needed - including the private bathroom. I would highly recommend and stay there again without hesitation.

"Carena Canterbury"

A very warm welcome from the moment I arrived. Short walk from Canterbury East station and about a 20min walk into the centre of town. Spacious room and very clean and tidy.

Having to remove your shoes downstairs and leave them on the shoe rack was a little odd. The pillows urgently need upgrading...very lumpy and just not comfortable. The shower struggled to drain water.
