The only positive point was the convenient on-site parking.

A shocking disappointment for a "suite" room. I am genuinely puzzled as to how this hotel could have received a 9.1 rating. We booked a "suite" room, expecting a high level of comfort, but what we got was a major disappointment from the moment we walked in. The room was not clean. The towels and bed linen were stained and threadbare. The sofa was rickety and unstable, and there was a thick layer of dust on every surface. To make matters worse, several electrical sockets were broken, and there was no hot water. The breakfast was no better. It looked like leftovers from a banquet the night before. The cakes looked very dubious, and to our shock, we discovered that the yogurt was a week past its expiration date. I cannot recommend this hotel. It failed to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and comfort, especially for a room advertised as a "suite."
