Maisonette Apartments

The only good thing about this property is location, everything else was awful.

We didn't like the fact that the door on the apartment we have rented could not be locked from inside, that we showered with cold water after waiting 20 min for the water to warm up, that after we have requested a new unit we have been moved into an apartment that smelled horrible from inside smoking, that we woke up to a couple dozen ants everywhere especially on the floor, that there is no working plug in the bathroom to shave. We left a day earlier than original reservation and we requested a refund for one day. Request was denied. The staff or owner were very defensive in email replies, making it seem is our fault that nothing on this property is not as advertised. They totally dismissed we showered with cold water, they dismissed the fact that the lock was not functional saying it was only jammed. They had the audacity to say that we have been moved to a better unit for which they charge more with a better view. The better view was the street level, and the garden unit was not lit at night making us trip in the dark when returning to this garden unit. Overall we had an awful experience in this place.

We were looking for a place to spend the night, but on top of that we discovered they have an excellent restaurant, both dinner and breakfast were very good / quality food. Will visit again for sure.

Very good location, good place to stay

It has a french wannabe air.

Small room. The heating went off before midnight on New Years Eve and only after i called the manager in more than an hour it came back. Could not connect fridge to the electric sistem.
