Villa is well designed and you get French home feeling

1. Aircon was not working 2. Towels and pillow cover look like over used 3. Breakfast serving was little messy 4. Overall felt not Value for money

Except staff members , it is total waste of money in 3 Bed Room on first floor , allotted to us.

This 3 Bed Room is a dungeon on the rear side of first floor with a Godown like feeling and leaky Toilet Commode and Slippery floor.While booking it was stating Private Beach access available , which is a Total Lie.It is a Pathetic , Primitive place.Please put it on Net for future guests.I stayed there on 9th Dec and cancelled subsequent 2 days.Your agent who scouted it should be taken to task for Lies and Misrepsentation.It ruined our Holiday..Rakesh Kapoor.

Aesthetically pleasing, really clean and well maintained but what enhanced the entire experience was the staff! Everyone from reception to the kitchen were extremely helpful, willing to chat with me (solo traveller!), and nothing was too much of a problem. They even checked I made it to my next destination! Biggest thank you’s!

Beautiful old french heritage property , in a super location . The Manager and all staff were super helpful and always happy and wanting to provide great service - thank you ! Thanks for helping us book onward travel . The discount cards for La Villa Shanti were great too . Would definitely recommend .

The staircase to the upper floor was a little steep.

Great choice for an accomodation in Pondicherry. Staff super helpful and responding to messages quickly (which is not usual for India). The location is even in walking distance from the railway station if you arrive by train, as we did. Close to street food as well as many restaurants. Rooms have everything you need and breakfast is prepared fresh. Would definitely book again!

Such a beautiful house. I opened the door, one step inside, and immediately fell in love with the courtyard. Very convenient location and the breakfast was hearty enough.

Bathroom was rather dark, and no hair dryer, but not major problems.
