Few toilets have no exhaust , so smell doesnot wither, it bothers when you use it.No restaurants near have to order and they deiver at homestay. only breakfast is free but has same menu daily like bread , omlette, jam , butter ,poha,curd, toast , banana.No tv in room,

Property is very beautiful and clean, there is nice outside terrace. Very quiet and not so far from the temples. Authentic atmosphere with lot of antique things. The owner is very kind and speak very good English, because his from Europe. Also we had support from staff and help with tuk tuk, money exchange and so on. Thanks a lot for our stay🙏🏻 this is place where we want to come back

It is a beautiful property. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We could see the mountain sitting on our balcony. The property has many places to sit and chill, like the verandah space on the first floor, the kitchen and dining space, and there's one in the garden area as well. I absolutely loved the aesthetics of the place. The surroundings are very pretty with lush green fields. There is a shared kitchen area (well equipped) where one can cook and eat if they want. One of the best things about the property was the staff. They were very helpful, friendly, and nonintervening. Mr. John and Rakesh Ji took care of everything we needed. Mr. John was so kind to see us off till the main gate while we were leaving. If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful, and cozy space to stay in Khajuraho, we would certainly recommend this property. This place is a little away from the city. For us, that was a plus point since we were looking for a quiet space away from the city noise. So if you have a two-wheeler with you, it would be great, or you may get one on rent. Or else one can commute via auto-rickshaw. We would certainly rebook this property if we visit Khajuraho again.

There was nothing as such that we didn't like. Only a few things that can be taken care of—like restoring the wifi access and perhaps more options for breakfast. Please note that the breakfast option is already quite decent; they can only add a little more variety. Other than that, everything was perfect.
