het gebouw als geheel modern tot in de puntjes afgewerkt, zeer schoon, zeer zorgzame mensen

de ligging van het geheel door dat er een drukke weg vlak langs het gebouw loopt veel lawaai overlast zeker als je de ramen open wil.
