The ease of check in. The decor of the room was beautiful. Bathroom gorgeous 😍 Breakfast was yummy. Comfy big bed 🛌

The WiFi didn't work and because of position of our room not even mobile data worked 🙄 Tv channels odd, couldn't find regular channels like BBC1 but lots of other ones.

The room (Onyx) was very well presented and cosy. The staff were very helpful and friendly and Onies bar next door was a great place to eat and drink. It was also where B&B guests checked in and out. The location of the B&B was perfect and a short walk to many places to shop and visit. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything, the bedroom was large and spotlessly clean. Beds and pillows were comfy. Nice and warm. Loved the decor. Bathroom was outstanding, plenty of hot water. Large towels. We ate in Ownies Bar next door, food was exceptional and the atmosphere was great. Breakfast was also served there, plenty of choices. Would highly recommend 👌 A *

Loved the individual room design and overall decor. Big comfy bed and a lovely rain shower. If you have time and energy recommend the walk to Blackhead lighthouse!
