Wonderful room and very friendly host. Walking distance to city center. We would book again when we travel to Maastricht next time.

It okay…close to the center.

We rented this place to use the kitchen but the policy was changed and the stove was not available.

Loved the decor, comfy bed, tea/ coffee facilities, good location, prompt responses by Helene, short walk into town, restaurant nearby..

The bathroom was divided nicely and part of the room (not separate) which wasn't a problem for me at all but it could be for some.

The property is well localized , close to the most pittoresques things: Vrijthof, with basilic saint-Servais, the Boekhandel Dominicanen , Mouseketeer D artagnan statue at the Haldenhof park close to the university of Maastricht , hips of café & restaurants . Special thanks to cafe Harvey which is localized in the corner who has been very friendly and generous to us.

Definitely the high stairs to access to my room upstair: it’s little bit challenging if you have a 22 kgs luggage or if you are on wheelchair as there is no lift . However , we managed just fine. And I will say no air conditioner is little bit a miss during summer as it’s very hot.

1km from city centre, nearby great restaurant with good food and fair prices.

Helene is a really nice person and tries to help where she can. I felt very welcomed and had a nice short stay. Free good coffee and cozy room. Thank you very much

The heater system was a bit complicated, a how2 would be good. The windows don't have full shades. But both really no biggies.
