We stayed here for three nights during a graduation visit. The location is walkable (25 minutes from the city center) and the host kindly helped carry a suitcase up on arrival. The free bikes are potentially great, if the weather permits, which in our case it was not.

Several aspects of the accommodation did not meet our expectations for the price. The room is located in an attic (3rd floor ) with very steep and narrow stairs, which may be difficult for older guests or anyone with larger luggage. Inside, there is no proper closet—only a few hooks and hangers—which makes longer stays less convenient. The bathroom also posed challenges. Although the shower is set in a larger tub, the curtain is very narrow and tends to cling, making showering uncomfortable. Additionally, the kitchen items were openly stacked, in the bathroom, which felt unusual and not hygienic. The was a TV but would not turn on. Regarding parking: the listing did mention that the free parking is not on-site, but the distance—about a 10-minute walk each way—was more inconvenient than expected, especially in bad weather and when carrying bags. At €150 per night, plus €22 in city taxes for three nights, we felt the accommodation did not quite match the level of comfort typically expected at this price. This place may be suitable for students or younger travelers, but it may not be ideal for older adults or those seeking a more comfortable stay.

Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeber. Ein schönes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und vielen Annehmlichkeiten (Kaffee und Tee Zubereitung, Kühlschrank). Fahrräder zur kostenlosen Nutzung und eine tolle Stadt die zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad schnell erreichbar ist.

Wat een top verblijf hebben we hier gehad. Alles dik in orde. En wat fijn dat er fietsen beschikbaar waren. Deze locatie en hier verblijven is zeker een aanrader. Een dikke 10 van ons 👍
