Great location, great host, great breakfast.

Good location in a peaceful rural farming location, close to Llandovery. Tamar was very friendly and baked home made muffins every day, great continental breakfast. Room was good size and accessible

Positioning of this particular room beneath the master suite and breakfast room- bit noisy. Host did apologise on arrival

A very comfortable bed, freshly prepared breakfast and a lovely hostess.

If I am about to complain about something then there are no blackout curtains and you can hear noises from the next room and upstairs clearly.

Lovely breakfast with freshly baked.muffins. Friendly host Comfortable large bedroom with big bathroom. Very peaceful location

Location was stunning! Positioned central in South Wales, it was perfect for trips. Breakfast was good and healthy, the rooms clean.

Slight niggle about our bathroom window being visible through as other guests walked to breakfast but there is a blind so really nothing to complain about. Rooms are not soundproofed but we were made aware of that.
