- Kein Frühstück - Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht - Safe funktionierte nicht - Unangenehmer Geruch im Bad - Garage matschig und Wasser stand ca 2 cm hoch - Haus sehr hellhörig - Hatten Wohnung im EG: Gemeinschaftterrasse direkt vor der Balkontür; um sich vor Blicken zu schützen, konnte lediglich ein schwerer Vorhang zugezogen werden, sodass das Zimmer dann komplett dunkel war

Overall we had a nice stay. It was a great location. The room was clean and well presented. The common area and courtyard were great! The staff were really friendly.

The check-in process could be improved. We had to meet the staff outside as they were not on site. It was okay in our case as we'll able to communicate our arrival time. But it could be an issue if you don't have mobile service. A self-check process might be better. The check-in process seemed a bit rushed. It would have been nice to discuss the B&B facilities and recommendations of the area. An instruction sheet/guide in the room would have also been sufficient for this. Though I should flag that the host was very friendly and helpful in answering our questions. WiFi wasn't available in our room.

this worse than an airbnb experience actually. we thought we booked a bed and breakfast - a cute local spot but that couldn’t be further from the case. the host was not there to greet us. there is no free wifi (which is unheard of), no iron or hand soap or shower gel or water in the room (basic amenities that a b&b should provide) and no parking spot. the room is mediocre and has all stark white lights though it is a decent size. the checkout is very early @10; normally hotels and airbnbs alike will let you check out a little later and/or give some grace but the cleaning person knocked on the door @10:15. this is quite extreme given this is a holiday town and check in is at 3pm so not sure why they need 5 hours to fix up the room. we were only there for a 1 night stop over so we managed but i definitely wouldn’t stay here longer.

Comunicazione con l’host che ringrazio per la cura e pulizia in generale. Stanza funzionale per quel che serviva.

Mi sarei aspettato dei piccoli shampoo doccia, per il prezzo pagato. C’erano solo un paio per l’igiene intima, che non bastavano per 3 persone.
