Bagnell Farm Cottage

It was a buffet continental breakfast which was very good. The location was very quiet and peaceful. Lovely large gardens which you could walk around or just sit and relax.

Beautiful location ...make sure you have a little walk around the lovely garden and see the moorhen chicks in the pond . Love the sofa in the room, very comfortable for watching a film after a long day walking.

Lovely welcome from Eileen who made us feel really at home. The cottage is in a beautiful and very quiet setting at the end of a long track. Lovely room looking out over the gardens, comfortable bed and good shower. We had a Continental breakfast each day and in the evening there are plenty of pubs in the area. We liked the Royal Oak at Over Stretton and the Phelips Arms at Montacute. Plenty to do during the day. Montacute House is well worth a visit as are the towns of Crewkerne and Sherborne.

We had a fantastic time at Bagnell Farm Cottage - it was such a lovely, relaxing retreat. Eileen was a wonderful host, and the cottage, gardens and surroundings were beautiful.
