the staff use google translate for romanian, forgot to mention that if you go outside in the parking lot after 10 pm, the door closes. one friend remained outside for more than 30 min in cold, until we realised he wasn’t returning. After a long hiking, they told us no food is available at the restaurant, only soups, even though the rest of the guests were eating pizza, papanasi and so on (they were speaking hungarian, we didn’t…). if all of that wasn’t enough, we had to shower with cold water, we told them at 10 pm, and after almost 2 hours the hot water arrived. too late…we won’t come back for sure, never had this experience in Harghita County until now. It was very strange to be honest! the room was ok, but only one window velux on the roof, very hot..too much light, at 6 am you wake up instant because of the light. Bad signal, no internet…the bathroom was acceptable, but the ventilator was horror, open with the light, the sound could wake up a horse
