The views are beautiful. The room is as you see it in the picture but was cold with no ext

There was a rat, we didn't get breakfast because we failed to answer our phones and one came to knock. The outdoor area and pool area which is beautiful is not well maintained by staff. We initially planned to extend our stay but left without bathing as water took long to be hot. For R3k per night, this felt like day light robbery.
