The house was stunning and within easy walking distance of the town centre yet also close to the sea. The facilities were good, tea, coffee and toiletries provided in the room, and the bathroom had a power shower. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and perfectly cooked and presented. Gill was a very warm, welcoming and attentive host.

Breakfast was very nice. Owners were very nice too. Very quiet place and could hear the waves in the sea and look across town at night and see it lit up. Lovely to have a key to the room and the entrance door. I’d go here again as a B&B. We stayed in a large room with an en-suite and a circular seating area was in the room surrounded by windows.

Someone had built new houses blocking some of the sea view to an extent. You can see the sea, it’s safe to say when the B&B was built I’d assume it had clear panoramic sea view. That’s all really and that can’t be the B&Bs fault.

Our reception, room, food and whole experience was brilliant. The owner Jill was lovely very welcoming and the property was just beautiful and felt like a home. Perfect 😊

Brilliant property, easy to find and location in Sheringham was great. Parking no problem at all. Large room, very clean and everything we needed. Breakfast certainly set you up for the day!

Excellent attention to detail, there were plenty of draws and hooks to place things in the room and bathroom. Lovely garden, well worth exploring. Jill is a lovely host and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. As noted by others, breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Also as noted by others the room and house were very clean and tidy.
