Está equipado con todo lo necesario y tienes agua caliente

Nos despertaron a la una y media de la madrugada a base de golpes en la puerta para cobrarnos la estancia. Al parecer, en el alojamiento el pago se realiza durante el check-in, pero a nosotros no nos lo cobraron a la entrada. El susto que nos llevamos fue bastante grande y la situación nos resultó muy desagradable. Consideramos que este tipo de gestiones deberían hacerse en un horario adecuado y, sobre todo, con una mejor organización para evitar molestar a los huéspedes de esa manera.

We had a great stay at Kozy, clean room, friendly staff and great location. We arrived very very early in the morning and they gave us a code for self check in which was seamless. Very close to Mount Lavinia train station and many local food spots & supermarket close by.

Otroligt vänlig ägare och personal. De bemötte oss med stor värme och svarade på alla våra frågor. Erbjöd paraply när det regnade. Det där lilla extra!

Badrummet luktade avlopp. Hade varit utmärkt om boendet erbjöd frukost :)

The stay was absolutely wonderful. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The environment was calm and relaxing, perfect for a peaceful night. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient and easy to access. Overall, the service and facilities truly exceeded my expectations.

Honestly, there was nothing major to complain about. Everything was well organized and met a very high standard.
