Het lag behoorlijk afgelegen maar wel rustig met mooi uitzicht op Montepulciano.

De kamer was echt vreselijk. Geen enkele sfeer en hele oude meubels met een bed waarin je naar elkaar rolde. Ook badkamer was waardeloos, na in bad te zijn geweest kwam het badwater via put in de vloer en stroomde alles over. Was geen trekker om dit weg te halen en vervolgens met handdoeken àlles droog moeten maken. Ontbijt was redelijk oké maar je kon geen eitje of scrumbled eggs krijgen.
