"Disappointing experience which did not live up our expectations"

Beautiful gardens, Lilian was friendly

Definitely NOT four star. Thin, old towels, room was not clean, shower head broken, breakfast not quality with stale juice and yoghurt fermented.

"Dirty sheets so we slept upright in a chair"

I liked that we only had to stay for one night

The cleanliness is currently rated at 9.2 but it should be at 1. the standard of cleanliness is not acceptable: stained bedsheets (disgusting), stained towels, hair in the shower etc

We were super comfortable. Good location. Good breakfast.

This is not a complaint but a suggestion. On the top back rest of the couch in the bedroom is a wire protruding through the upholstery. On of our jackets that was lying on the couch got hooked on the wire and was badly damaged. Please fix this so this doesn't have to happen to future guests.
