lovely house and grounds in great quiet neighborhood

noisy guests, especially above our room and during breakfast. guests should nit have to listen to loud conversation or poor eating habits in a communal breakfast room.

Beautiful building, comfortable beds, nice view, great breakfasts. Staff was amazing.

Easy walk to downtown, since it's downhill. Coming back, not so much. :-)

"Wounderful little B&B in a historical downtown neighborhood!"

Very accommodating host, beautiful and perfectly clean B&B. It has all the historical touches with exceptional modern amenities. The price point is exactly what you would expect for the accommodations provided. Will definitely be back!

The gravel parking lot is a bit tight, especially if you're parked next to a large van! However, it was a great experience.
