Ubytovani bylo velmi pekne a ciste, personal byl mily a umel dobre anglicky. Pokoje byly utulne. Snidane dobre. Velke parkoviste pred ubytovanim. V hotelu byl klid. Moc se nam pobyt libil. Stravili jsme zde 7 noci.

The staff were very friendly and arranged for us to have coffee when we asked, even though it was not included in the hotel's services. Otherwise they were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel and its staff exceeded our expectations and there is nothing to complain about.

Exceptional stay – highly recommend! Very clean and well maintained, with a great breakfast. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind, even preparing a breakfast to-go for our early departure. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we visit the Azores.
