Karoo Chat

We loved our one night stay in this gem of accommodation. Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, fantastic water pressure in shower. Fresh milk and yogurt from local dairy. Great local, short walk to main street. Sandra recommended Lazy Lizard as an eatery, and we were delighted with a wide range of baked goods, fresh products, and hand-made goods.

Sandra welcomed us warmly. Karoo Chat was spotlessly clean, and we had everything that we needed. She also supplied museli, yogurt, milk, and rusks, which were greatly appreciated. Karoo Chat was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It was wonderful to walk around this quaint town with its beautifully restored houses.

Everything was perfect.

Spotless, and everything we needed was there, plus things we didn’t realize we needed, like rusks, muesli, yoghurt, lovely creamy milk, cold water, fans going, and a very welcoming host. Also, a very comfortable bed.

The host was super friendly. Everything one needed was provided. Will definitely stay again.

The cottage was very quaint and lovely. Little touches like milk and yoghurt from the dairy and toiletries in the bathroom make your stay feel extra special. It's also conveniently located in town.

The place was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. One can truly forget about everything and relax on the stoep
