The property is very beautiful, very clean and very comfortable. The place was easy to find, and the staff very welcoming and friendly.

We had booked a bigger room with a view and when we got there we were given a smaller room. That was terrible of them as they made up an excuse but it seems they had a last minute booking from a family and they couldn’t accommodate them. So instead of saying that they just gave them our room, we actually checked in same time with that family. THAT WAS THE MOST INCONVENIENT THING EVER!!!

Staff member Linda was rude. No communication regarding loadshedding and no emergency lights in the room. No water was available during the 4 hour loadshedding stage. No management available during check-out!
