- die Lage am Waldrand - der (kleine) Balkon mit bequemen Stühlen - der nicht zu kleine Fernseher mit mehr als 5 deutschsprachigen Programmen - vor allem aber das ausgezeichnete Frühstück, sowohl für Vegetarier und Fleischesser geeignet - abschließbarer Fahrradkeller - Tiefgarage (Aufpreis)

- der Fahrradkeller sollte mit einem elektronischen Schloss ausgestattet werden, so dass die Gäste mit ihrem Nacht-Chip auch an die Fahrräder kommen, ohne zur Rezeption für den Schlüssel zu laufen ( je 2x) - derzeit (Mai 26) gibt es Straßenbauarbeiten in der Nähe, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts und sie sind jeden Tag weiter entfernt
