Great rooms, the bathroom is awesome. The location is next to Tanjung Bungah beach, within 200-300m. Very well maintained property. The host is available whenever needed. Parking space available for 3 cars. The main Batu Ferrringhi beach is 5-6km away. There's a Family Mart nearby

Everything is self service, which is not a bad thing. But I would recommend daily room service for room cleaning. This is not a complaint, but a recommendation to enhance the services.

Comfortable, very close to beach. Easy access to Georgetown, Batu Ferringhi and Balik Pulau. Away from crowded areas of Georgetown. Host was such a pleasant guy.

It is all about expectations. It exceeded ours.Nothing to dislike.

good location, friendly staff, very close to the beach and Pasar Tanjung bungah. feel like home.

there were a big group of customers on last day make much noise and occupied most of the common area.

The host was nice and responsive.

The windows in the room are super old wood, which means the isolation was super bad. Because of that, it was not possible to have the room cold as desired. In the bathroom there were a couple of holes with ants coming from there (it's not something that you can't live with, but still it's something that is super easy to fix). The beach near the villa is super bad, so you'll need anyway to go to another beach.

The linen is fresh, and toiletries provided are good quality products. The balcony allows my family to enjoy outdoor privately.

It would be better if I booked the whole villa. Since I only booked only one of the 4 rooms, the common areas are a bit crowded. You must socialise with strangers for no purposes...

I was lucky to have the place all to myself as it was a weekday but sadly I was only able to stay for 1 night. The place is big, very homey, well kept & has all the facilities you need & everything works well. Felt like I visited my friends house & am having a stay over. They even had a christmas tree, so that was nice. It would be good to stay with family. The owner Dez is friendly, kind & helpful. Will definitely visit again the next round. Location is quiet too. .

It's a little far from Batu Feringghi so you can't walk. Need to take a grab which is about 15mins drive. But otherwise no issue.
