Viola Bed and Breakfast

The Host was helpful, kind and went out of his way to ensure I had a fantastic experience.

The room while only a single was well laid out and enough space even with desk and wardrobe etc

The room overlooked the terrace bar and as it is open to the public it was very noisy the first night but quieter the second. There is also a playground next to the property and children play late into the night with the accompanying noise.

Cleanliness. Location.

Did not get the room that was reserved/paid for. Got one double bed when 2 beds were clearly reserved.. Check in was chaotic at best. Handled by an 11 year old because his English was better than the owner. There was not a coffee maker in the room, which was part of the reservation.

I loved it's location and the 'homey' feeling there. I am a widow traveling with my siblings and was made to feel welcome by all of the people we met there.

Well, this did not happen to me but there was a mix-up on the roons. My brothers and their spouses were supposed to get big rooms. They DIDN'T. They were charged for the bigger rooms though. Not a good look for Booking.Com.

Clean room. Location was good.

Staff seemed surprised to have guests. Room had mosquitoes. Room didn't have coffee as promised in booking.com. we weren't given the room we reserved. Unsatisfactory and I recommend other places.

The hosts, Vincenzo and Josephine were very friendly, polite, helpful and outgoing. They were very patient with my limited knowledge of the Italian language. They were very helpful in assisting us use the local laundromat.

That we had to leave after having such a great breakfast, with a wonderful conversation with Vincenzo and Josephine.
