"Reception and administration is not good"

I was told the place is fully booked when I showed the confirmation to the lady. When the boss arrived, he tried nearby accomodations to but were all full. We didn't want to leave as we have paid and have nowhere to go. Later we were accommodated to one room instead of two. We accepted it but there was no refund. The dorss are noisy when neighbours go in and out.

Location good But It was daubal booking and we couldn't stay We have to look for another place He did not give us full money back And we have to wait 2 weeks A he cut 20% we loose money he did not loose nothing

Room was not ready when we arrived she was not informed that we made a booking i had to show her on my phone that we made a booking. I mean traveling for eight hours and you arrive and no one answer the door for ten min is not good .

No breakfast, not even kitchen facilities, no linnen! There was nothing at all to like. They did not even had place for us and wanted to take us to another place. We left a day early because of the deceiving experience. No electricity, no hot water. Very bad experience overall.
Everything. The bed was risky and fixed with what looked like off cuts wood on both sides. The paint came off, the ceiling horribly dirty. Overall bad.
