Clean room, bed, Toilet, and Excellent location.

Early morning, around 5 AM, a loudspeaker from the very next building started playing some kind of speech. It was very loud and my sleep was disturbed. Also, the building owner closed the gate around 11 PM and I had to wake him up using the calling bell, which I found unnecessary.

"If traveling to Ninh binh definitely stay in tam Coc more going. easy to plane and see why you want todo."

The property had everything needed for a short stay. The host didn’t speak English but this was no problem they provided us with everything we needed and were lovely people. would recommend getting a scooter as it’s just out of town (15 minutes walk) but they have scooters available for hire. they sold water , beer all the essentials and at retail price so really was good for value for money.
