Staff were friendly but seemed to not be quite sure what was going on, especially when we complained.

Sadly, room had broken open windows, and basically on a building site… so although room description said soundproof… you heard everything outside all night & all day. We mentioned to staff as we had no sleep… then finally changed to a different room the final night… which was much better with no open broken windows. Room description at time of booking…. Very different to what we received… again this was mentioned to staff, to speak to Manager… but we simply got this would be looked in to… nothing more…

Nice locality with comfortably big and clean rooms. Staff is also nice

It's a nasty place, worker sitting just outside the door n want to hear what's going on inside, instead of handwash they give pouch of clinic plus shampoo, waste of money

it was close to another property I could quickly move to

online pics and actual room were vastly different. room wasn’t even a room, bamboo walls, no window, noisy construction, no real privacy, felt like a sleazy cave

No housekeeping and food price unreasonable in all respect

Close to pvr market, metro station, malviya nagar metro station , and soft drink and Lassi available for drink instead go to market and buy however water brand fixed which is not clear at all

Room in bad shape and bathroom okay to use as long as it is functional. Television very old and smart TV there with no use except watching YouTube in big screen. Staff must respect online booking otherwise remove advertisement from booking website
