Friendly staff. Neat, clean.

No mirror in the room. Had to ask for a kettle. No coffee and tea in room but was made available after we asked.

The location was very good. The customer service was excellent. I was particularly humbled by their understanding since we came later than the time we had agreed.

The confusion, we booked a family room, but the room prepared seemed to something else.

It was fit with all the basic amenities required to make the stay comfortable and worth the spend. Staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist. Definitely will go back

Need Aircon or heaters for the cold winter nights

The room's decor was beautiful and the place was very clean. I especially loved the gorgeous blankets, which were perfect because it was a bit chilly that night. Molet that greeted us was very friendly and helpful and prepared to stay awake or let us phone him until we had finished partying. Really a kind soul.

The handwash didn't work and there weren't really hand towels. I think just having a kettle for coffee and maybe some milk for that the next morning would have been great especially as there was no breakfast. Maybe having a chair to sit in, in the rooms would also have been nice, as we waited outside on the patio as we were dressed to go out and we didn't want to sit on the bed in our rooms.

Nothing, we did not stay more than 10 minutes. We canceled our accommodation that night and are awaiting a refund.

Very cold atmosphere. Safety was a big issue. Fence was broken and no perimeter safety. The parking for security reasons was absolutely impossible to navigate.
