Streamside B and B with Parking

The room was comfortable and quite spacious. It was good having fairly secure parking for my car.

On arrival, after an almost 7 hour drive, the owner was quite rude and dismissive of me as he said that we were late and that 9pm was the cut off for checking in, I explained that we had drove from Belfast to Skibbereen and we were badly held a few times coming through Dublin with collisions and roadworks to blame...it was 9:10pm, ten minutes over. He started to say something about Chinese people being on time previously, Really quite cheeky. WE HAD ALREADY PAYED IN FULL.for the room by the way. He gave us the room key and said that our room was at the top of the stairs on the left...and that was it, no details about anything else, just dismissed us and walked away, not the kind of professional attitude that I would be used to from the owner of an accommodation, and I have stayed in many, many over the years and never experienced this kind of thing. Breakfast was continental and really not worth getting out of bed for. Location was very remote, but we knew that was the case.

The hosts Stephen and Ke Yu were very hospitable, they prepared us delicious brekfast both days. The rooms are nice and cosy. We really enjoyed the sun room :)

The owners were very Warn and welcoming. The decor was very arty and cute . The garden was amazing and the location was perfect for exploring different areas of west Cork . It was clean and Lovely with great hosts

A warm welcome from the owners, It was situated in a beautiful garden with a stream flowing through. The garden was full of beautiful flowers ,trees, shrubs. The sounds of birds , so peaceful..The downstairs room is so bright and colourful,surrounded by the garden view .It’s the most peaceful B n B that I have stayed in .

The property was perfect 🤩 we didn’t like leaving it!

Comfortable, well appointed room, comfy bed. Generous breakfast, welcoming hosts who were happy to recommend places to visit.
