Buona soluzione a Grundarfjordur. Quel giorno (Aprile) eravamo gli unici ospiti; ottima colazione preparata appositamente per noi nel locale adiacente (Harbour Cafè) dove la sera dell'arrivo abbiamo cenato (anche la cena ok!) Vista sul porto, silenzioso. Piccolo ma confortevole.

The location is definitely remote, but 5 minutes away from Kirkjufellfoss. There are only a couple restaurants in the town but they were both good food. Our room was very large and the bed was comfortable. The views of the mountains surrounding the town are breathtaking!

Upon arrival, we couldn't get our door open. After about 30 minutes of trying, we finally got in but it was a frustrating experience after a full day of traveling. The host mentioned the doors buckled after a recent storm. The only other aspect we didn't like was the shower, which leaked water all over the floor. More of a minor inconvenience, but a thicker shower curtain would fix the issue.
