"Great For A Short Stay"

It was super clean. Owners responded immediately when we needed something. The location was great for being not too far from the Kennacraig ferry Terminal.

Comfortable and lots of teas coffees And food left in basket. Beds very comfortable. Very close to standing stones.

Bit of a head hazard as tiny door to get in. Daughter forgot and banged head as sge was tired so easy mistake to make. Despite that wouldnt come back iOS Om gorgeous village

Juste la sonorisation avec l’appartement de dessus laisse à désirer. Mais suffisamment tôt on n’a plus rien entendu. Extrêmement propre et petit déjeuner génial. Nous reviendrons!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this bothy in Lochgilphead. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and thought the owners have put into creating such a special place. They were incredibly welcoming and genuinely couldn’t do enough to help—nothing was too much trouble, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The bothy itself was spotless—beautifully clean, tidy, and exceptionally well presented. The facilities were outstanding, with everything you could possibly need and more. There were so many thoughtful extras that really set it apart and made it feel like a home away from home. The location is simply stunning—peaceful, scenic, and perfect for switching off and enjoying the surroundings. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing break or a base to explore the area, this place ticks every box. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and will definitely be recommending it to others. A truly memorable stay—thank you again to the wonderful owners!
