The Legh Arms Prestbury

The rooms themselves are lovely and the staff were incredibly kind and gave me a night for free due to the problems I had the first night

The incredibly strong smell of ammonia,couldn’t sleep and made me feel quite sick, none of the 3 hairdryers I was given worked and cleaner was so loud, sat outside the room for what felt like an hour, laughing stupidly loud at 8:45am - I still said good morning to her when I left and got no hello back

On arrival we were welcomed with a smile and quickly registered in and shown our room. Room. Spotlessly clean. Incredibly comfortable bed. Ample towels. 《Some of the biggest and soft i have ever had in a hotel)Toiletries of the highest quality. Modern coffee pod machine/ kettle/ quality and unusual coffee / tea / even the sugar. Food from breakfast / lunch / supper and Sunday roast of exceptional quality with service to match from every member of the team. Our first visit (we stayed an extra night it was that good) We have a new favourite in prestbury. Highest praise to the whole team and John who clearly runs with passion and professionalism a truly memorable venue.

The television reception is notoriously bad in the area and the hotel has the same issue of which we were made aware of. Not a problem as they have smart TVs so just paired it with our phone over the excellent Internet coverage.
