"Fabulous Short Stay"

Tresillian House is a gem of a find and with a host to match. Alison made us feel welcome and was a superb host during our short stay. Her home and garden are wonderful and the home-cooked breakfast was a real treat. Everything you need and more is present in the room, with many thoughtful touches.

"Perfect for exploring Melton Mowbray"

Fantastic host, friendly, easy going and welcoming. The location is great for anyone wanting to explore the town centre, which is a 15/20 minute walk. Lovely spacious room with everything you could need and a few little luxuries to make it special. Breakfast was excellent too.

"Exceptional hospitality"

The room was spacious, very clean and very well stocked. The bed was comfortable. It is in a beautiful setting, within walking distance of the town centre. Alison is the perfect host; we were here for a nearby family celebration and she even offered to drive us to our destination if we couldn't get a taxi. (It wasn't necessary). The breakfast choices were varied and it was all delicious, local produce. Parking is free.

Perfect location, 15 minute walk from the centre of Melton Mowbray. Ample parking. Host (Alison) was charming and very welcoming. Room was exactly as described with a lovely view over the beautiful garden. Alison has really thought about guest's need and supplied delighters such as a mini-fridge in the room (with chilled water, milk), cookies and of course a wide variety of teas etc. Room and en-suite were spotless. Shower powerful and didn't leak. Breakfast was home cooked with high quality local ingredients.

Previous guests has turned off the radiators, so the room was a little cold.
