AMAZING hospitality

Everything was perfect

The location was perfect for my work but lot of amenities nearbuy i.e. train station, restaurants, pharmacy, super market, laundry, etc.

There was street work going on in front of the property to access was a small challenge.

The host is super attentive and always ready to help, breakfast prepared was impeccable, everything I want especially the fresh fruits which made me more than happy.

The included breakfast is tasty and stuffy but does not include any hot meals. On request host can make scrambled or boiled eggs for extra price. We opt in on the first morning and did not regret it. The room is fairly spacious, with the balcony where you can sit and enjoy main street view (especially spectacular in the evening). There is public laundry service pretty much next door (with instructions in English and accepting bank cards). Across the street is shopping center with grocery store and free parking lot, so if you come by car you do not have to worry about where to leave the car. 10-15 mins walking to the beach area. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the immediate proximity.

The only downside I could think of was WiFI. It is stable and reliable but quite slow - ok if you want to check in for the flight, look around with maps but marginally capable of handling video call or movie streaming.

Great place to stay when you are in Montesilvano! Very welcoming owners, clean an spacious room and good breakfast!
