The clean room and breakfast were good.

the host is exceptional and cordial. it is very clean and comfortable.

the room and bathroom were very cold, it failed to warm up until morning.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was lovely.

We used this accommodation as a base for our trips to Venice and around the Veneto region and were very satisfied. It is located in a quiet part of a small town. The room for 3 people was clean, cozy and spacious enough. The bathroom was not directly connected to the room, but it was reserved only for us, so this was not a problem at all. Communication with the host via WhatsApp was quick and smooth. Luigi is very kind, friendly, communicative and extremely helpful – it’s clear that he truly cares about his guests’ comfort. Breakfast included in the price is a very nice bonus. In the nearby town centre there are several options for dinner, or you can have an excellent pizza delivered. Overall, we definitely recommend this accommodation – it met all our expectations.

Na ubytování nebyla k dispozici kuchyně. Dle referencí měly být vyborne snídaně. My dostali 1 jogurt a 1 koblihu. Takže jsme cestou museli jet nakoupit a najíst se.
