"I didn’t expect it to be so bad. Looked more like a dilapidated hostel than a hotel"

Parking space is available Good location near Tesco and the Addlestone railway

It has common toilet and one of the toilet was always closed They have been giving expired cookies and biscuits and looks more like a hostel rather than a hotel

Loved the room,beds were firm but lovely warm duvet,tray in room was full with tea,coffee,sugar, milk and biscuits which was lovely

We couldn't get the radiator to work, so it was quite cold in the room

Comfy clean double bed, ginger cookies and fruit shortbread cookies available as well as tea and coffee with a kettle. Working TV with remote and toilet access down through hall stocked with several soaps, conditioners, and shampoos. Hand sanitiser down the hall and a post to leave your keys whenever you check out (before 10am).
