Made to feel very welcome. Room spacious and lovely and warm on a cold winter's day. Great little sofa for TV watching. Lots of electric sockets and a comfortable bed. Newly fitted bathroom. Tasty breakfast, I had a small full English with apple juice and tea. Would definitely recommend staying here. A really lovely touch were local take away menus with plates, cutlery and napkins all available in the hall.

The towels were a good size but could have been a little softer.

"Great location, excellent b and b and cafe"

Due to the very cold weather there was a boiler failure covering the part of the property we were in , however Danielle dealt with it promptly, opening up an unaffected room for our showers and hot water.

"Very Good"

Very welcoming staff, great rooms and breakfast.

We booked the property as we had 2 young children however there was a loud party on downstairs and the room constantly shook from the front door being opened and closed when people where having a cigarette break.
