Warm welcome on arrival with a complimentary drink. Lovely and clean. Very helpful when we said we were away early in the morning, breakfast was left in the fridge for the following morning. Communication prior, during and after our visit was excellent. Received an email with a list of local restaurants, this was ideal for pre booking.

Vriendelijke huiselijke locatie

Booking.com bood een upgrade aan (kingsize bed en uitzicht op de bergen) tegen extra betaling . Hier maakten wij gebruik van, maar bij aankomst bleek de accommodatie geen upgrate te bieden; alle kamers en alle bedden waren hetzelfde. Hierover klacht in gediend bij Booking.com, met verzoek om restitutie van het extra bedrag. Hier, nog geen enkele reactie op mogen ontvangen van Booking.com. Dit kan een misverstand zijn, maar kan ook een vorm van oplichting zijn. We zijn hier heel verontwaardigd over!
