The sisters who run the B&B were incredibly generous with their time, information and food. Nothing was too much trouble, and the breakfast in particular was amazing. They made the stay very memorable.

We loved the warm welcome by Pau and her family. They all went above and beyond to cook us delicious breakfasts with fresh ingredients from their garden and make us feel right at home. The room felt cosy and was very nicely decorated. Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely go back. Thanks again!

Nothing - this place is a hidden gem in phitsanulok and i would encourage anyone that wants to explore the town and see sukhothai to stay here. 10/10.

Incredibly friendly, interesting, and helpful hosts. Amazing Thai breakfast of valuable cultural proportions 😋 It's a lovely home environment full of art, a gorgeous garden that is ethically well set up and executed. I'd readily recommend a few days' stay. It is walking distance to the old city center, train station, as well as cultural sites.

The beds could have toppers added for comfort as well as soundproofing curtains to dampen traffic sounds.

This place is amazing, it’s like starting with your two kindest aunties who make the most amazing breakfast. And I do my mean amazing, the breakfast was extensive and exquisite! They are also extremely helpful, and have many interesting stories to tell if you get to chatting. The place is well situated within an easy walk to the railway station and night markets.

Everything was amazing. Beds were slightly hard, but that seems to be the norm for Thailand.

Authentic place in the centre of the city. Real Thai style building and rooms. Beautiful garden to relax, even has small kitchenette. The two sister hosts ave very friendly and helpfull. And breakfast is really exceptional, never had any better , home made with products fresh from home garden, michelin star presentation.

The location is rather close to a busy traffic light, so can bne noisy by motorbikes with loud open pipes starting 6am , but this is Thailand.

Big surprise! It must be heaven. Beautiful garden and house. Breakfast gets 3 Michelinstars! The two Ladies are very friendly and make you feel at home. This place is worth a trip to Phisanulok, no matter, how far to drive. Best place in Thailand for me, and I've seen many places. No TV makes you even feel better. Merci beaucoup, Rudy
