New Hotel

The room was nice and clean.

At aroung 10:30AM the power in the entire hotel went out. I really need the WiFi to do some important work but the WiFi at the hotel wasn't working because the power was out. Eventually I left the hotel early to go to a different hotel because after waiting for 4 hours the power was still not on and they could not tell me for sure when it would be back on. I liked the hotel and staff but they facilties (Power) was very bad.

Hello Internet connection was rather good

The quallity of breakfast was not so good

The behavior of the staff was very good, and in my opinion, Georgian people are very kind and warm, and I am very grateful to the staff of New Hotel.

All the facilities for which I chose this hotel were lies. My room did not have a refrigerator, microwave oven, fan, tea maker, iron, dining table, work desk, wardrobe, balcony, satellite, and the shower in the bathroom was broken and smelled. It always smells and the deodorant was not useful. In extreme cold, the heater does not work properly.......
