"Disappointing stay, the listing was misleading, and the attitude on arrival left a poor impression."

I booked under the impression that the room had a private bathroom, but when I arrived, I was told it was down the corridor. When I asked about it, the response was quite rude, I was told “what do you expect, you booked a budget room.” I was also told I’d be the only one using that bathroom, but it was clearly shared. The listing also mentioned breakfast, but it turned out to be just a very basic continental option.
