Views from balcony are unbelievable. Truly a view that is out of reach on the big lakes like Como and Maggiore. But here a regular hotel customer can stay and enjoy. Owner / staff is overall helpful.

Communication is average. A few situations like inability to pay tourist tax by card seemed not up to booking standard. Pressed for details from owner via messages re: arrival times. The cleanliness and overall views from the property far outweighed any downsides. I would definitely stay again. Just use messaging feature well in booking app and you will be fine. Excellent stay!
