i especially liked the breakfast and the location

its difficult to book anything online ahead of time except the tiny room I've rented twice

The location, the nearby underground parking, the room's decor, and especially the comfort of the bedding. Very quiet nights.

The construction work in the house next door: very noisy from around 8:30 AM to 4 PM. Before going, it's better to check if it's finished.

Cute room and sparkling clean & new shared bathroom/shower facilities, directly at the water side, room with ocean view, super nice owners, late (23:00) and very uncomplicated check-in possible, near-by parking, great breakfast buffet with choice of freshly made eggs.

All was perfect

Late check-in was no problem. Everything uncomplicated and very friendly staff. Location is good. I could cycle to ESTEC in the morning to attend my conference.

The toilet and shower on the corridor are a bit crammed. The curtains did not block the light enough.

Warmth and friendliness of the owners. Couldn’t be more helpful. Convenience and beauty of the location.

I normally stay in hotels with en-suite bathrooms, however the lay out of this lovely small property and the host supplied bathrobes, eliminated any inconvenience.

The place is great. The owners are great and the view over the ocean is fantastic. Breakfast is good, but if you need to leave very early (eg for work), the breakfast time from 08:00 may be a problem

The shared bathroom and shower are both pretty small. That's not a big problem obviously

Good breakfast and good location

Great location, right at the beach, charming, comfortable and very nice breakfast. Some rooms share a shower and toilet, all very clean. They provide snacks or drinks too (mini bar service).
